There is no sugar coating this situation, it is extremely frustrating and another lesson for management in how to manage risk given WGL is publicly listed. This is new technology and things don't always go to plan. But to extrapolate and infer there are bigger issues with the app/tech is simply untrue.
At this stage, nothing has changed. The app is ready to go on both platforms. Management are absolutely excited with what they have developed. I am sure there will be glitches and bugs like all other apps and software releases.
I shouldn't say this, but I have seen the app briefly in action on an iphone weeks ago and it all looked good to me. It wasn't live and I didn't try it myself so I can't validate anything..But I am staying very positive and looking forward to testing it myself and then making my own investment decisions based on fundamentals. Each to their own..
Until then, ignore the noise.. there is a button for that thankfully.
