evad, the cynical side of me says being played by professionals, move the SP up and down between 10 and 12c in this inactive period, buying at 10 or 10.5c selling at 12 or 11.5c, do it enough times, good profits to be had.
of course we could just have heaps and heaps of sellers in this range that are selling from when SP was 6c, but i dont think so, prefer option 1.
