yes, gloomy is just for speculators...owner occupiers simply have to 'sit through' this and live in their houses 'till 'time and inflation' take care of 'overpaying' that was the norm in last 10 years !
...and speculators should've been prepared for this (or should be) simply due to nature of "speculation" as a 'bussines model' !
