brawid - you'd have to allow around 14 day turn around process to convert - but once the seller at 29c has been taken out - (CRJO) there is little resisteance and it should play catch up to the heads.
Your call - it's always good to reduce the free float, so if you convert yours - that's just a few less options on the market.
Personally, I think it's going to fly up to the 20c difference as soon as the 29c cap is gone.
Couple of decent buyers could take it out.
