I should point out to the new HC forum of Gbe that ralli and I have been clashing _ disagreeing _ agreeing for over 10 years so don't be dismayed when we - at times come across this way and different point of view. It's no way matter of who's right or wrong just a fair conflict of view some times which at the end of the day counts for zero - nadda - nothing.
The only importance is what the company advises.
