    Right you are and a little confusing how the article is written
    Here is another extract from the article
    • Element 25’s (ASX:E25) Butcherbird project in Western Australia which hopes to produce HPMSM/HPEMM from oxide ore using a new technology developed by CSIRO.
    The point is there is little Manganese ore of good enough quality that will be suitable for battery metal - HPEMM (High Purity Electrolytic Manganese Metal)
