More a vertical integrator in the dairy sector than one or the other. One of the few ASX listed companies in the dairy space that are (a) true to their word, (b) staying on strategy of dairy only, and (c) delivering on promise.
So much for being a rural property trust as claimed by a few posters in the past and the naysayers that were floating around saying cows and farms are just a dumb investment.
Even so AHF has work to do on a number of fronts:
1. Shareholder transparency needs some work.
2. Digest the latest acquisition and bed into AHF business.
3. Consolidate earnings for this financial year.
4. Stabilise for next set of acquisitions, whatever they may be.
Other than that sit back and enjoy the ride...
...oh and watch the other's sweat a little.
