the fact that it dropped 15% on rumours of a capital raising and 10% after they did the placement seems to indicate that investors think something is amiss.
the fact that the company had to raise capital at just over a $1 means that management are a bit desperate for money
the company had a maturing bond
they would have known about it for a while.
fukashima and some breakdown in production has caught them short
makes me think they are now balancing precariously on the edge of a cliff.
one little mishap....
