It's all based on technical analysis, I'll post a chart next time if you are interested. This week PWR will pull back to around 5.4c before it's next run. Just my opinion, a lot of people think it's a dog but on the chart it looks like it's on the way to recovery, I think short to medium term around 10-12c.
