re: can VCR go down to 40c......consider the following;
The only way VCR can go to 40c is if we have a market crash.
Remember during Aug we had the 1st taste subprime, many stocks were BATTERED to the ground, and yet the worst VCR got to was around the 60c......compared to many stocks, still very defensive under bad conditions.
