If this currrent market continues their either going to have to cancel the spp or lower the offer price would'nt look good if no one took it up lo. Not sure why they need to raise more $$$ other then that was the agreement wuth lazzard.
Really they are very luck they got the main psrt of the offering completed before all this happened. A month later and the recapitalization woulf have been a disaster!
