" The Changyan deal is still on foot and continuing .  In
the new year they plan to recapitalise the company and do a further
acquisition.  It is proposed the company would then make an application
for a new listing to the ASX .  This is likely to happen in the second
quarter of next year "

Hard to understand why all this is taking so long.
