    I've specifically asked ASIC to investigate breaches of the Listing Rules and Corps Act around the SPP. The SPP booklet made no disclosure of the factors AVX now say gave rise to the termination of the program, and AVX issued a cleansing notice at the time of the SPP. I'd like ASIC to pursue a court order requiring AVX to return the SPP money and cancel the shares issued.
