Hey @saintex. I think my initial analysis is fairly out of date, so I took a quick look this evening and did a bit of an update.
With the latest earning report, I've made some updates:
1) 6161 active RVs for year 0
2) I still don't agree with camplify on how many days each RV is rented. I have downgraded this from 60 days to 51 days per RV, not only to closer reflect the approx revenue of 32.9mil; and also to bring it closer to the average value of $5074 per RV per year (taken from page 14 of their slideshow)
3) I've lifted the platform fee at from 15% to 20%... I just don't get why they keep increasing their fees (now 26%)
4) I'm getting uncomfortable looking at their profit margins decreasing, and it seems to reflect in their increased spending in their operating expenses... and then they have 12.4 million of liability for 'trade'?? I need to dig into this and really figure out their expenses a bit more. Anyways I've increased expenses up to 91% for now.
