Hi,
I indicated before that the increase of CHL share price was going to test the motivation of Apollo Tourism to remain a substantial holder (with around 17.8 % of the capital).
In fact, Apollo Tourism escrowed its shares for 24 months after the IPO (like the founder, Mr Hales who owns around 14.2 % of the capital).
Overall, 75 % of the shares were escrowed at the IPO.
