Just found an old copy of the Fin Review dated 11 September 2007 and PEN was at 5 cents. Seams to have been still for quite a while then. Funny though was at 5 cents then and now we are 4 months off JORC and the company is still valued at 5 cents. Crazy! but thats the market for ya.
