Despite the announcement of the re cap , which will dilute current holders to the point where there is very little upside , it appears as though the stock is continuing to be accumulated

Why would this be I ask?

The only explanation I can find is that max and the boys that founded the company and sold out at 40 times this level , could be in the market to take it back at bargain prices.

I Am expecting to see a shareholder notice soon ,which will provide the clue whether someone of note is preparing to have a crack at this undervalued asset bank or its just a few punters like myself that cant help buying distressed stocks whilst the sellers are in a selling mood

I hold quite a few shares in Bec as well as some of the notes from many moons ago.
