    That's right. Also, the noteholders can only force liquidation if the situation occurs that they believe they are not going to get their money back, which is now nearly another 3 years away unless the company itself declares it can't meet its debts. I don't believe it would be in the interests of noteholders to force liquidation anyway, they will do better if the company survives and they convert their notes to shares at the best possible price. However, they have a safeguard that they are first in line if things go bad.
