    There seem two types of listed convertible notes. MSTGA is the one that hold the trump card and can walk away with the IP...

    MSTG (29M notes): Interest bearing non-secured convertible note.. No seller

    MSTGA (104M notes): secured convertible note.. Appears not trading ? why ?
