Nice post Nightstalker. Also considering the recent raising was to a vulture fund run by 2 ex- Goldman Sachs ( read empire of evil) execs, the mind boggles at the shenanigans that might be going on.
IMO too many powerful forces aligned ( US, Europe, Singapore etc.) in LYC's corner for any appeal against LAMP to succeed, so I'm just accumulating at these prices with a long term view.
