I dont think $2/share takeover deal is coming but i also dont think the company is going into adminstration and I think it is going to dig it way out.

I think within 3 months of listing there is potential to go back to ~$1.20 per share. Any further upside above 1.50-1.8 will need investor confidence big restructure and possible removal of BOD.

re the 'buy out':
Why wouldnt a prospective buyer just pick & choose the assets it wants....not the stuff it doesnt as well as the burden of a poorly structured setup.

Also im out if PH gets sold!! thats what im hanging for.
I think they realise its all about PH atm and are avoiding sale of that at all costs.
