It's very easy to see why they're buying IMO & when you put the figures against the company as it stands the current value of the company is really applying very little / if any speculative risk into it - unlike many other BIO's at the moment trading at unrealistic prices based soley on inbuilt hype - the markets sleeping, but it will wake up & when it happens it can move along way from here & very quickly.....
I'll just use milestones as easiest figure to price in..
Current Market Cap at todays close $27m
Take out the cash in bank and we'll call it $20M
$236M+ in potential milestones equates to the market currently assuming PYC will achieve less than 10% of this over time.
If you use that assumption for the level that the market is currently pricing in only 10% of the above then the below can be attributed to a value of ZERO Zip Zilch
>> Phenomica spin-off will not happen & doesn't exist
>> Guidance of 3 further major partners signed by years end will not happen
>> Phylomer Libraries & IP worth zip
>> CD40L + TBI candidate + other internal projects zero value
>> List goes on there's many more that can be added for zero value lol
Obviously big banks directly only ever measure value against proven figures that can be seen - where as those that take a little more risk & price that accordingly are open to much higher returns - the smart money is buying here....
