It appeared that most of the shares where sold on market probably explaining the relentless SP pressure at the time, but Winton picked up 1.6 million @6.2 in an off market trade...a 3Y was released for that on the 23rd March.
There were two announcements with Sprott, first was on 1st March - change in substantial holding (the shares were offloaded on the 10th Feb, and the second on the 11th April - ceasing to be a substantial holder notice (shares being offloaded on the 24th Feb and finally the 24th March)
No T20 been sighted, you can request a copy of it, but for some reason it is like pulling hens teeth to get it, last time I had to officially request it via Computershare.
