I dont understand why people keep talking about DBCT leaks....

    I dont understand why people keep talking about DBCT leaks. Isn't such a leak illegal?? Why do people keep acting like a) it is definately going to happen this early b)every little jump is because of a leak c) only certain people would know the leak and that it wouldn't spread.

    I'm confused...
