No quite the opposite. its just accepting and explaining the subtle differences on how things work in this part of the world (Asia) and patience with a capital ' P' is required together with the concept of 'saving face' which is evident with CNNFM , NFC and GRAM - ORD relationships (which is why this amongst other things builds my confidence that the deals will be done).
