Am I missing something?
How is BCI spending $150mil when its a script offer (costing you NOTHING) and 10 cent per IOH share where the cash comes from "IOH" cash holding of $50mil. All IOH shares equate to $16mil (160mil shares @ $0.10ps).
So after the deal, BCI will have an extra 70.4 mil shares (I understand this dilutes current BCI share holdings) PLUS an extra $34mil cash ($50mil-$16mil) plus revenue from Iron Valley (at no capital cost) plus lots of ore!!!
