So from that pdf and we use the probable ore JORC of 60%FE and AUDUSD 0.90 and $90/T we get EBITDA $20M a year in mine gate royalty.
Currently spot future $79 so 12% discount on the price of IO but appreciation 2.5% for current $0.877AU will be a 10% discount to the $20m?
So there are still cash flow coming in on the merged company unless my maths is wrong which it usually is.
