Perhaps, but Chinese steel mills are running with less than 20days stockpiles and have to replenish for the seasonal increase Depends more on RIO flooding the market with cheap IO Considerable SP backlash from shareholders happening there; as their price has also tumbled. Will be interesting to watch their next move, I sincerely hope they back off the current tactics
