I agree Lara. This looks like a dud deal for existing BCI holders. How are they going to fund the A$744m in upfront capex on Buckland? An equity raise at current prices will be highly dilutive to existing shareholders. Management are really backing a sustained rebound in Fe prices to well north of $100, to support an equity raise at a much higher share price ... On my basic numbers BCI cannot afford to raise equity below $2.50/share, without it becoming heavily dilutionary.
