"Due to overseas interest the IPO closing date has now been extended. The Managing Director is now in London visiting these groups" so the email goes on, so why the begging letter with the article from the Australian last wee attached?
Foregoing salary for the first year I keep suggesting look to see what management fees are being taken by the private company for the balance 50% of the holding no in the IPO.
