If you go to Jubilee's website they say 50,000 tonnes per month...

    If you go to Jubilee's website they say 50,000 tonnes per month @4g/t PGE. That's about 7k oz PGE pm. If PLA were to get $100/oz facility use fee that would be $700,000 pm. Enough to pay the Administrator and interest on the debt ;)
