Assuming rational thought of course.
INR have recently revised their plan of operations to ensure that there is no chance of further litigation being successful. The full force of government is making sure this is the case as well, as the US needs this to happen (esp Defence as well as the politicians). Meanwhile, propagation of the buckwheat is going well.
Game over.
Hard work and common sense will prevail.
