CSD in a lot of trouble whether sugar or diet. Recent trials have suggested a link between diet drinks and metabolic syndrome which is basically a diabetic physiology. I have stopped drinking diet coke along with a lot of people I know based on this information valid or not. Thats when I sold. There will always be a hard core generally lower socioeconomic group that will still drink CSD's but the company have lost the middle. What CSD's are sold are more ofter niche cool brands. Coke just isnt it anymore.

Still CCL is more than coke rather a producer and distributor of packaged beveraged products that can change its product mix depending on trends and tastes. Its core business and competitve advantage may weaken but there will become a point when the SP is compelling.

I am waiting for capitulation point, probably with a 6 in front.
