Customer Service (b2b) Representative


Job description

iSignthis Ltd (ASX : ISX) is the global leader in online, dynamic verification of identity and financial transactions via regulated e-payment instrument authentication.

We've got an exciting opportunity for a business to business (b2b) Customer Service Representative to join us in our Nicosia office in Cyprus

You will by nature be enthusiastic to assist customers and take a systematic approach to troubleshooting. You will have a passion for learning, and passing on your new skills by advising customers in the best use of our systems

Well spoken, with excellent oral and written english skills are essential, as is a professional approach to telephone, email and instant chat communications with customers


What you'll do

* Respond to client enquiries and support requests, at all times striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Inform and assist all customers in relation to initial onboarding to our systems, and the use of all current and future products
* Perform high level troubleshooting and resolve incidents in conjunction with the iSIgnthis technical team.
* Assist with testing of system upgrades and gain understanding of system operation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in providing technical b2b customer support in a Financial Services, Banking or Payments Service Desk environment:

* Excellent customer service skills and oral communications
* Strong English written and verbal communications skills are essential for this role
* Will have working knowledge/experience in end user support
* Will have a proven track record of working in a Service Desk
* Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and be self-reliant, independent and willing to work and grow with the team
* Knowledge of card processing industry considered as an advantage

* Hardworking and able to multitasking
* Work under pressure and meet deadlines required
* IT proficient (Apple Mac)
* Additional EU Language skills an advantage

Creative Designer UI/UX


Job description

iSignthis Ltd (ASX : ISX) is the global leader in online, dynamic verification of identity and financial transactions via regulated e-payment instrument authentication.

We've got an exciting opportunity for a creative designer to join us in our Nicosia office in Cyprus.


What you'll do

As part of a small team, your design skills will be applied broadly across the business, including:

* Progressing our own branding and marketing materials, including brochures, standup banners and presentations

* Contributing to the visual design of our UX/UI for our software products (web and mobile apps).

* Updating the visual design of our website

* Designing email templates and other one off client projects.


Skill Requirements

* Great visual design skills with a portfolio to prove it.

* Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills

* Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills (including responsive design and theory).

* Skills and experience relevant to Visual Design for UX


Preferred Experience

* Experience in a software development company. 

* Experience with HTML for email.

* At least 2 years front-end development, from systems specification, design and delivering major business solutions into production

* Knowledge of JavaScript with relevant libraries and frameworks i.e JQuery/Angular.JS would be a bonus but not a requirement
