iSignthis Ltd (ASX : ISX) is the global leader in online, dynamic verification of identity and financial transactions via regulated e-payment instrument authentication.

We've got an exciting opportunity for a and IT Support Officer to join us in our Nicosia office in Cyprus.

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT professional who can setup new users to our standard operating environment, and provide Level 1 IT support and assistance across iSignthis.

The IT Support Officer will assist with corporate system administration of the relevant company technology infrastructure and services, the IT Support Officer responds to staff queries via the service desk.

This role must ensure that all core systems are current, stable and responsive, in addition to performing backend maintenance. You will be responsible for implementation, upgrades and ongoing maintenance of our front end (3rd party) applications, and assist the Merchant Support group by monitoring performance of our Paydentity service.

You will by nature be enthusiastic to assist internal users, and will take a systematic approach to troubleshooting. You will have a passion for learning, and passing on your new skills by advising internal users in the best use of our systems.

What you'll do

* Degree in IT or other relevant qualifications with relevant experience or a combination of experience, expertise and competence
* 3 + years’ experience in IT support within a service desk environment
* Excellent knowledge of iOS, Apple OS, with exposure to Linux
* Proficient with Apple, including Microsoft Office and Office365 setup on Mac environments
* Good experience in managing Active Directory users and groups
* Exposure to some or all of the following applications Box, Slack, Confluence, and/or Jira
* Well-developed analytical and IT troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work individually as well as part of a team of IT professionals

* Hardworking and able to multitasking
* Work under pressure and meet deadlines required
* IT proficient (Apple Mac & Linux)
* Additional EU Language skills an advantage
* Willingness to work to flexible rosters
