why are all listed companies so poor in terms of keeping up...

why are all listed companies so poor in terms of keeping up public relations and keeping shareholders informed?
Seems like all companies are reluctant to keep us in the loop....why not make some sort of announcement updating market on outstanding issues like pipeline (even if that still in negotiations), like sale of assets, like share buyback...etc. market is scared of bad news when quite possibly there is none coming, in fact, i think quite the opposit. An announcement to reassure the market things are just taking a little longer than expected would be worth the time it would take to draw up imho.

i dont claim to be any expert, but still struggling to understand how someone can say this stock over valued still!! quite humerous really....
market sentiment is all thats against this company...thats why price down. hard to argue that it is isnt actually undervalued compared to value of assets.
