Just on the post I wrote, on the 20/9, the company put out an ANN about listing Dart International on AIM. Share price then was 17.5c. Then the dumping started in earnest. Share price now is 11.5c. Is there a correlation? I think so.
If they list DEI on AIM and give those shares out in-specie to shareholders, the market may forgive them, because the market will know that shareholders still hold 100% of the company. If they don't give them out (and there is no indication they will), you hold 70%, and everyone knows that is not fair.
