I raised this earlier in the thread 16Nov "its confirmed , dte is a dog". It was dismissed as a reason then but I thought at the time if it is in an index then a number of funds would look at it and if not they would dispose of it regardless of price. With low volumes, no buyers and if there are index sellers then it will push sp down, I just don't know how much of a factor this is. What you say SeamField, is this worth 10c off the price from 18 to 8c?
