    Has to do with slow build up of flow rates and falling gas prices in the US.

    It will take some time to achieve a good enough flow rate to earn some EXCITING income from these tight reservoirs .. plus, gas prices have crashed in the US and doesn't look to be getting any better near term.. I think the balance has shifted back to oversupply?
