    it is basically a funds flow problem; speculative funds in bhp rio see a 2.5 - 5 % range overnite with security of liquidity; many 2nd & 3rd liner stocks have tremendous values but are neglected - hdr vcr bta ady come quickly to mind. too many looking for a trade not investing for tommorrow.
