Worst case is MIN don’t get to 90% or don’t bother with compulsory acquisition even if they do.. If that plays out, expect a significant SP drop from current price and a likely CR (could be underwritten at a significant discount..).. Then look out for the inevitable delisting from the ASX and you’re left with shares that can’t be easily traded..
if MIN continue with compulsory acquisition they’re doing a favour to a few remaining shareholders that have done nothing big slag then off throughout the whole process..
