Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that MIN cannot buy NWE shares on market during the TO. That does not preclude friends of MIN buying and then converting their shares to MIN.
What happens when the offer expires and MIN have not quite achieved their 90%? Will that mean they'll have to extend the offer yet again?
