compulsory acquisition takes the same form as the offer - so anyone who holds out until then will still receive MIN shares (but will have to deal with the blank period of time until the MIN shares are issued and they can trade).
CGT rollover will still be available if MIN gets to 90% in the offer period and then moves to compulsory acquisition.
If MIN doesn’t move to compulsory acquisition then it’s a lot more uncertain.. NWE will likely end up as an unlisted vehicle eventually, with MIN holding 80+% or 90+% and other holders with only off market platforms available to try and trade their shares
