yeah my understanding is they can withdraw the offer when ever they like. But I don't think they will. IMO they still have a potential resource of a few hundred BCF they can tap to provide gas for their own operations. given the amount t they have already spent (in share dilution) they will take the rest of NWE. They will have a some gas to service their own operations (probably toll though STX facility) with some potential upside from the other leads if they chase them. But NWE is as good as over IMO.
