MIN is not buying. That is illegal. No one can say for sure who is buying but they are ending up in MIN hands. At a guess I'd say it is brokers who are loyal to CE, but that is wild speculation, DYOR. The full picture has been told on LD2. It's illegal not to comply with continuous disclosure rules. CE would not expose MIN nor directors to such a liability for such a small cap business.
