If you think the law has been broken then put your complaint in writing to ASIC etc. The only shareholders complaining are the ones that bought in very late or mistakenly assumed that MIN holding 80% of the JV and 19.9% of NWE was going to sit on it's hands and allow a penny stock explode in price.
90% is going to be breached this week, sell at market for cash or swap NWE for MIN. Everything else is now redundant, obsolete and pointless. You (we've) been out played by MIN, NWE board and also previous CEO. Get over it.
