    Are we reading this as those who took the offer were locked into S$0.8657 valuation for the 1:34 deal - about AU1.95Cents at today's rate?

    So they have a chance to sell out at the higher risen price of their new LG shares - if they hold up- starting around 16 April ? They might salvage up to S1.07, which makes the deal about AU2.11 cents, if LG price holds up...

    Not what we all needed to clear out honourably... could be a long wait to watch Bill & Co sell profitable dore & act for all shareholders.

    I heard somewhere that minority shareholders can sue or force action if they prove suppression - "Suppression of minority shareholders". Something about treating us like mushrooms. So lets plan to keep them on their toes.

    We can't affect the voting, probably, so must yelp every time anything sleazy might surface. Lets all examine the March quarterly for full transparency, director perks, Singapore admin fees etc...
