    re: valuation for dummies....extralite yeah ..million shares at 12 cents equals $120 000, yet revenue increased to somewhere between $70 000 000 to $110 000 000. And profit probably around $5 000 000 and increasing.

    Actually, interesting to note that the CEO was aksed if there were any write-downs intended. He answered that as a private company, PTL was very conservatively run, and they were booked as expenses, not assets...ie so already paid for in the books.

    Most stocks back in the tech boom ( ie when SWT was 50 cents) have gone out of business. Im thinking VNA, DVT, GBS etc etc etc ad nauseum..so not a relasitc comparison.

    At 50 cents and as a data storage company, SWT was over valued. As a company that provides voice, data and voip service of that size, SWT is very much undervalued, in comparison with its peers.
