No thats not correct.
SWT expanded much more quickly then it anticipated and as a result had to spend a lot more than budgeted to expand the network to deal with this growth.
Invest in the network...then receive a return on this investment later. Its pretty simple.
Anyway, SWT part is now only about 1/8 of the total business, so what we are trying to discover is how the total busines should be valued. I prefer to run a valuation alongside IIN.
But..go over the whole thread...that question and others have been discussed ad nauseum so let it rest for now. If you dont understand id suggest not buying, leaving it to those that do.
