Seems a bit odd that CNM would be in a trading halt for this...

    Seems a bit odd that CNM would be in a trading halt for this long if this is just a run of the mill fund raising.

    The $10mill placement last year wasnt preceded by a trading halt. The $2.5million placement earlier this year was just announced after the close of trade without a song and dance.

    Anyone with more experience than me feel that there might be more to it, or is this type of delay typical in most cases. We should know soon enough but the delay is making me wonder.
